By installing and using TubeAdFree ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Extension.

TubeAdFree is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. You are free to:
- Use the Extension for personal and commercial purposes
- Modify the source code
- Distribute copies
- Sublicense the code
The only requirement is that the copyright notice and license terms are included in all copies.
3. Description of Service
TubeAdFree is a browser extension that:
- Automatically skips video advertisements on YouTube
- Blocks banner and overlay advertisements
- Provides statistics on ads blocked and time saved
- Operates locally in your browser without collecting data
4. Use of Service
You may:
- Use TubeAdFree on any number of devices
- Share the Extension with others
- Modify the Extension for personal use
You may NOT:
- Use the Extension for illegal activities
- Claim ownership of the original work
- Remove or modify copyright notices
- Redistribute modified versions without proper attribution
5. No Warranty
TubeAdFree is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that:
- The Extension will work without interruption or errors
- All advertisements will be blocked or skipped
- The Extension will be compatible with future YouTube updates
- Your use of YouTube will not be affected
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of TubeAdFree
- We are not responsible if YouTube blocks or limits your account
- We are not liable for any loss of data or interruption of service
7. Third-Party Services
YouTube: TubeAdFree modifies how you interact with YouTube. We are not affiliated with YouTube or Google LLC. Your use of YouTube is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
Important: YouTube's Terms may prohibit ad-blocking software. By using TubeAdFree, you acknowledge this risk.
8. Privacy

9. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Update the Extension to fix bugs or add features
- Modify these Terms of Service
- Discontinue the Extension (though source code will remain available)
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

TubeAdFree is open source. You can:
- View the source code on GitHub
- Report issues or suggest improvements
- Contribute to development
- Fork the project and create your own version
11. Intellectual Property
TubeAdFree™ and its logo are trademarks of OllamaLabs. The source code is licensed under MIT, but trademarks are not included in that license.
YouTube and the YouTube logo are trademarks of Google LLC. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
12. Termination
You may stop using TubeAdFree at any time by uninstalling the Extension. We may discontinue the Extension at any time without notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local laws.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TubeAdFree.
